Adds a community example reference to an external ROS 2 BlueROV2 direct-thruster path-following controller package for DAVE/Gazebo.

The referenced package provides go-to, waypoint, circle, spiral, generic trajectory, stop, emergency-stop, direct six-thruster allocation, and optional virtual-wrench reconciliation diagnostics for the DAVE BlueROV2 simulator.
